The flag is a symbol of independence, peace and stability! He is the giver of strength, courage and fortitude. The flag is as dear as a soul, as dignified as bread. Today, educating our youth with such feelings, attention and love for the motherland and state symbols is like creating a solid foundation for our tomorrow. The spiritual and educational event held today at Urganch State University under the slogan "Holy flag of the motherland" was focused on this goal. The event began with the singing of our national anthem.
The event was attended by the administration of the university, professors and teachers of the Faculty of History, and students of the university. S. Davletov, the first vice-rector of UrSU, made an opening speech and emphasized the historical significance of the national flag, the fact that the flag is the pride and honor of every people and nation.
Also at the event, head of the department "National idea, foundations of spirituality and legal education" U. Sheripov, associate professor of the department "Theory of building a democratic society in Uzbekistan" Sh. Samanovar spoke, and the state flag and its symbol today. They talked about the processes related to the historical connection with the countries that existed on the border of Uzbekistan, the incorporation of the national and cultural traditions of the republic, and the acceptance of the flag as a state symbol.
In the cultural program of the event, the students and young people delighted the audience by singing poems glorifying our flag and singing patriotic songs.
