Fine art teaches people to see the beauty of the environment and the world of art, to have an aesthetic attitude to them, and it teaches to recognize and protect architectural monuments, works of visual, practical and design art as national pride and value, with a deep understanding of the social nature and importance of art. This is the purpose of the permanent gallery established near the lecture halls of the main educational building of Urganch State University.
The best pictures drawn by talented students are selected and placed in the exhibition.
