On April 19 of this year, a meeting with the judges of the Khorezm Region Administrative Court was held at Urganch State University.
Judges of the Administrative Court of Khorezm region O. Hasanov, T. Ibragimov, D. Yusupov, Kh. Khojayev, Chief Legal Officer of UrSU Sh. Atayev, Head of the Department of Anti-Corruption "Compliance Control" H. Shihova, Chairman of the Council of Tutors R. Matchonov and teachers and students of the Faculty of Natural Sciences participated.
At the promotional event, the judges gave lectures on the following topics:
- "Legal foundations of the protection of human rights and freedoms of the new Uzbekistan-legal democratic state, prospects for further development of legislation";
- "The protection of property rights through court is an important priority of constitutional reforms as the basis for ensuring a favorable investment and business environment in our country"
The students got information about judicial reforms, changes in the legal system, changes and additions to the judicial system in the new Constitution.
The event took place in the spirit of open dialogue, and the judges answered all the students' questions.
