Currently, "Referendum and youth" forums are being organized in educational institutions with the participation of students and youth. In such forums, held in the form of a gala concert, the important political reality in our country - the importance of the referendum, the essence of the new version of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan is explained in detail to young people.
On April 26, 2023, such a forum "Referendum and youth" was held at Urganch State University. This forum, aimed at promoting the content of the reforms implemented in Uzbekistan, the updated Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, covered 2,500 students.
Scientists, authors and writers, deputies and businessmen, winners of various international and republican competitions, World and Asian sports champions took part in the event.

Madrimov, master's student of UrSU, winner of the state scholarship named after Navoi S. Allanazarov, continued the impact of the new version of our Constitution on the life of our country. They stressed that the additions and changes made to it will serve to make our people's lifestyle more prosperous and human dignity will rise further, and called on everyone to actively participate in the referendum to be held on April 30.
Famous artists of our country, San'at Safo, Bekzod Rahmon, Hamdam Torayev, Elyorbek Sodikov, as well as young hopeful singers of the Music Education Department, took part in the festive concert program and shared a festive mood with the youth.
