As we previously reported, Akbar Otaboyev, a teacher of the Faculty of Philology of the Urganch State University, was named the main winner of the 2023 "Ilhom" republic competition. At the awarding ceremony in "Memorial Park" in Tashkent, the key to the "Spark" car was given to its owner was handed over by the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation Ibrahim Abdurahmanov.
On May 24 of this year, Akbar Ataboyev and the rector of Urganch State University, Bakhrom Abdullayev, were solemnly welcomed to our student university and sincerely congratulated the winner on this success.
It is gratifying that the next victory, which is among the achievements of our university, is the reason for increasing the interest of students and youth in this competition and literature.
