Today, on July 15, a press conference was held at Urganch State University on the topic "Analysis of work on increasing the efficiency of research activities at the higher educational institution." It was attended by regional press secretaries, university researchers, doctoral students and young scientists.
At the conference, Zafar Ibragimov, vice-rector for scientific affairs and innovations of Urgench State University, informed the participants about the work being done to increase the effectiveness of scientific research work at Urganch State University.
Innovations in education and innovative pedagogical activity, the progress of scientific work at the university, the growth of scientific potential, work on the promotion of scientific and research work, cooperation relations established with higher education institutions of foreign countries, contracts, the issue of sending doctoral students and young scientists to internships, today it was discussed that learning foreign languages has become an urgent issue in the higher education system.
In addition, issues such as following scientific etiquette, increasing scientific culture, the need to know a foreign language in this regard, specific important aspects of writing a scientific article and dissertation and the role of a scientific supervisor were analyzed.
