With Annex 5n of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 26, 2023 "On additional measures to rapidly develop the tourism potential of the Republic and further increase the number of local and foreign tourists" PQ-135 "Khorazm The plan of measures to be implemented in 2023 for the development of tourism in the region" was approved.
Clause 6 of the action plan mandates the creation of new contents to attract tourists in Khiva and Bogot districts, as well as the preparation of distribution materials, translated into 12 foreign languages, and promotion measures.
In connection with the implementation of this task, a number of works were carried out in the region. In particular, in Khiva and Bogot districts, which have a high tourism potential, but are not used properly today, significant work was carried out in order to study tourist opportunities.
In particular, professors and teachers of Urganch State University, with the participation of specialists from the regional culture and tourism department, the regional cultural heritage department, as well as Khiva and Bogot district administrations, studied tourism objects in these regions, and in order to increase the importance of attracting tourists to these districts, new contents were developed and translated into 12 foreign languages.
