The innovation exhibition organized within the framework of the week of innovative ideas "InnoWeek-2023" at the faculty of chemical technologies attracted the attention of visiting professors from Turkey's Ege University. Our guests were especially interested in the fact that scientists of the faculty obtained about ten products by processing a single melon. They also got acquainted with the creation of more than 250 products on display.
