On October 27 of this year, the first issue of the republican scientific-practical conference on the topic "The role of the founder Amir Temur and the Timurids in the world civilization" was held at the Technical Faculty of Urganch State University.
At the conference, organized with the participation of Khorezm regional government, International "Amir Temur" charitable public fund, Urganch State University, Khorezm Ma'mun Academy, Khorezm Region branch of International Amir Temur Public Fund, a group of professors and teachers such as rector of Urganch State University B.Abdullayev, director of the Khorezm Ma'mun Academy I. Abdullayev, Director of the "Victims of Repression" Museum Y. Rahmonova, Head of the Khorezm Region Branch of the "Amir Temur International Charitable Foundation", Sotim Avaz participated in their lectures.
During the conference, a number of representatives of our region were awarded with badges and honorary titles for their services in learning and implementing our great history, great ancestors, spiritual and educational heritage. Among them, Rector of Urganch State University B.Abdullayev, director of "Victims of Repression" museum Y.Rakhmonova and teacher of "History" department Sh.Yusupov were awarded with badges.
