Today, in the afternoon, Rector of UrSU B.Abdullayev, accompanied by Dean of the Faculty of Natural and Agricultural Sciences J.Rozimov, met with all professors and tutors of the faculty.
During the meeting, the activities carried out during 2023 were summarized. The achievements of the faculty team were recognized. Particular attention was paid to scientific activity, tasks to be performed in terms of quality organization of education and improvement of pedagogues' skills were determined.
Today, a total of 2934 students study at the Faculty of Natural and Agricultural Sciences. Currently, 131 professors and teachers are working in the main staff in 7 departments. The scientific potential of the faculty is 46.6%. In 2023, 3 teachers defended their candidacy for the PhD degree.
