Today, the Faculty of Natural and Agricultural Sciences of Urgench State University held an event on the theme of "The New Army of Uzbekistan - a symbol of the country's power, high pride and loyalty" in connection with "January 14 - Motherland Defenders day".
The event, which began with the singing of our national anthem, was opened by the first vice-rector of UrSU, D. Ibodullayev. It was attended by the Chairman of the FIB Council of the Khorezm Region Defense Affairs Department, retired Lt. Col. A. Jumaniyazov, the Chairman of the Urgench City Nurani Fund A. Abdullayev, and a group of representatives of the industry, university management, and students.
The speakers spoke about the defenders of the Motherland who are working on the honorable path of fulfilling their sacred duty to the Motherland.
Also, artistic performances of students and young people, holiday greetings were shown.
