Today, the mathematician, President of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan, academician, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, and professor Shavkat Ayupov paid a visit to Urganch State University named after Abu Rayhan Biruni. During the visit, the newly opened Information Resource Center was toured along with representatives of the university.
In particular, Professor Sh.Ayupov visited the Peking-Urganch Mathematics Center established in this center, the activity hall designed for 506 seats, and lecture halls named after our great encyclopedic scientists. He closely familiarized himself with the conditions created for professors, teachers, and research students.
Additionally, Professor Sh. Ayupov got acquainted with the activities of the Khorezm branch of the V.I. Romanovsky Mathematics Institute of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan and shared his recommendations.
