Award Ceremony for the Winners of the Republican Competitions Held

Today, at the event hall of the Information Resource Center of Urgench State University, an award ceremony was held for the winners and prize-winners of the republican competitions organized among higher education institutions within the framework of the festival under the slogan "This Beloved Homeland Belongs to All of Us."

At this event, the winners of the essay competition on the theme “Lessons of Mahmudkhoja Behbudi,” the best video clips competition titled “Praising the Homeland,” and the audio essay competition “The Light of Navoi” dedicated to the 584th anniversary of the great poet Alisher Navoi were announced and duly honored.

For reference, Dilnura Rustamova, a first-year student of the Faculty of Philology and Arts at Urgench State University, won the honorable first place in the essay competition on “Lessons of Mahmudkhoja Behbudi” and was awarded a diploma and a voucher worth 8 million UZS.

Following this, the winners of the republican final rounds of the “Debate” and “Ma’rifat Maydoni” competitions, held from June 10 to 13 in the Khorezm region, were announced and properly honored.

Additionally, for their active assistance in organizing the final stage of the “Ma’rifat Maydoni” republican competition, Sardor Khodjaniyozov, Acting Rector of Urgench State University named after Abu Rayhan Biruni, and Dilshod Ibadullayev, First Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual-Enlightenment Work, were awarded Certificates of Appreciation from the Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Innovations.

The award ceremony was further enlivened by outstanding artistic performances from the Urgench State University team, making the event even more festive.
