Today, June 14, at Urgench State University named after Abu Rayhan Biruni, a meeting titled “Corruption is the Enemy of Progress” was held to listen to and address the problems of youth, prevent corruption risks and conflicts of interest.
The meeting was attended by Acting Rector S.Khodjaniyozov and the First Deputy Prosecutor of the Khorezm Region, Sh.Mukhamatov, who engaged in dialogue with students and young people on the topic.
During the meeting, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between Urgench State University and the Khorezm Regional Prosecutor’s Office on facilitating employment for current students and graduates of the university.
Such meetings play a vital role in educating youth in the spirit of legality, improving their legal literacy, and fostering a zero-tolerance attitude towards corruption in society.
