Today, August 12, as part of the 2025/2026 academic year admissions, interviews for admitting technical college graduates to undergraduate programs at Urgench State University officially began according to the established schedule.
A total of 377 technical college graduates have registered for admission across 17 academic programs this year. These candidates are undergoing interviews in order to be admitted on a contract (tuition-based) basis.
The interviews are being conducted by commissions formed for each academic direction, consisting of members of the wider public and field specialists. Each commission focuses on assessing the applicants’ knowledge, potential, and preparedness for their chosen field of study.
To ensure transparency and fairness in the process, representatives of the university's Anti-Corruption “Compliance Control” Department are also actively participating in the proceedings.
The interviews will continue until August 14 of this year.
