On November 4, a “Business Marathon” seminar-training was organized at Urgench State University named after Abu Rayhan Biruni.
The event was held with the aim of guiding graduating youth in their career choices, introducing them to the real demands of the labor market, and motivating them for their future professional paths.
The seminar-training was attended by F.Quranbayev, head of the private enterprise "Tilla Domor"; Q. Bobojonov, head of the Urgench branch of "UZTEX GROUP" LLC JVC; G. Jumanova, head of the Department for Teacher Training and Professional Development of the Khorezm Regional Department of Preschool and School Education; F. Jumaniyozov, deputy director of the Khorezm Experimental Station of the Academic Mahmud Mirzayev Scientific Research Institute of Horticulture, Viticulture, and Winemaking; and Z. Ro’zmetov, director of "DATA UNION" LLC and HR director of the companies under the DATA brand.
They spoke about their professional paths, achievements, the difficulties they faced, and how they overcame them. Drawing from their life experiences, they emphasized the importance of patience, initiative, and determination in achieving success.
Such meetings play an important role in strengthening the practical skills of graduating students and preparing them thoroughly for their future careers.
