On April 6 of this year, a spiritual and educational event was held under the initiative of the Faculty of Philology of the Urganch State University on the theme "People are dear, man is dear in new Uzbekistan!"
It was attended by the deputy of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis M. Ahmedova, the deputy of the Yangibozor District Council, the winner of the Zulfiya Award Z. Masharipova, the first vice-rector of UrSU S. Davletov, professors and teachers of the Faculty of Philology, tutors of the Faculty of Philology and Technology, and students.
At the event, the speakers gave explanations about the essence of the amendments and additions to the Constitution, the importance of constitutional reforms in New Uzbekistan, the strengthening of the legal and political culture of a wide segment of the population, especially the youth, and the increase of active citizenship.
Regarding the fact that information was provided on our newly updated Constitution, creating conditions for ensuring education, social and medical protection, housing, and employment of the youth is included as a constitutional obligation of the state, these norms are important not only for the benefit of the youth but also for the future fate of our entire society and country.
At the end, students' opinions were heard and their questions were answered.
