June 18, 2019 in Urgench State University with the participation of employees of Astrakhan State University, the opening ceremony of the Center for Russian Language and Culture. The ceremony was attended by Evgenia Yukina, Head of the International Department of the Azerbaijan State Technical University, Ksenia Tyurenkova, Chairman of the Center for International and Socio-Political Studies “Caspian-Eurasia”, B.Abdullaev, Rector of the University, S.Hojaniyazov, Vice-Rector, G.Urazbaev, Director, Urgench Branch of TMA, R. Ruziboev, Director Urgench branch of TUIT M. Baidjanov, Chairman of the Khorezm Regional Cultural Center T. Stepankova, as well as professors and teachers of the Russian Language and Literature Department, undergraduates and students of the Russian direction the tongue. To open the center were invited The rector of the university B.Abdullayev and the head of the international department of the ASTU Yukina Evgenia. After that, Russian scientists familiarized those present with the conditions created at the ASTU and presented educational programs and research projects.
