Today, from August 4, the Institute of Advanced Education on Fractal Spaces and Dynamical Systems in cooperation with the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, Urganch State University, California State University of the USA, the Romanovsky Institute of Mathematics of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the American National Research Foundation and Khorezm Ma'mun Academy training has begun.
20 students from different universities of the USA, 11 students from China, 10 PhD students and master's students from Uzbekistan, as well as professors and students of the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics of Urganch State University are participating in these trainings funded by the US National Research Foundation.
The training sessions of this project are scheduled for a week, and an event dedicated to the opening ceremony was held today. Professor Z.Ibragimov of the University of California led the event. Rector of Urganch State University B.Abdullayev spoke and expressed his satisfaction with the visit of the guests to our university. In these in-depth scientific sessions, young people will exchange experiences about the latest achievements in the field of mathematics, scientific news, and acquire the necessary knowledge from world scientists. He wished the conference success and thanked all the organizers.
Also, the scientists who came to give a lecture at the trainings, Professor Misha Lyubich of the University of New York and Professor Mario Bonk of the University of California, spoke about the importance of this international project.
Today, in the afternoon, these in-depth educational classes aimed at doing scientific work will start.
