CONDOLENCES
Azimboy Sa’dullayev, academician of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan, professor at the Department of Mathematical Analysis at Uzbekistan National University, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, and a prominent mathematician of our country, passed away on May 28, 2025, at the age of 78.
Azimboy Sa’dullayev was one of the great figures who rendered invaluable service to our nation and people through his devoted work in science, rich scientific legacy, integrity, high human qualities, and dedicated pedagogical activity. His students, the scientific school he founded, and his fundamental research have been widely recognized not only in Uzbekistan but also in international scientific circles.
The late scholar’s scientific works in the fields of “Theory of Functions of Several Complex Variables” and “Theory of Complex Potentials” made a significant contribution to the advancement of modern mathematics and guided many generations of scientists.
The passing of Azimboy Sa’dullayev is a great loss to the entire scientific community, especially among mathematicians.
