Today, on June 16, an expanded meeting was held at Urgench State University with the participation of heads of higher education institutions, vocational education institutions, and technical schools in Khorezm region. The meeting was chaired by B.Rahimov, advisor to the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovations, and A.Islomov, Deputy Head of the Department of Youth Policy and Spiritual-Educational Work.
During the meeting, the ongoing work within the framework of the “Urgent 90 Days” project, established following the video conference led by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev on May 15 this year, was discussed. This project aims to deepen reforms in the school education system and increase their effectiveness. Attention was given to measures aimed at organizing meaningful leisure activities for students and pupils during the summer holidays, as well as tasks to improve the effectiveness of these activities. Necessary instructions were provided to ensure the successful implementation of the project in each district.
To widely publicize the events and activities carried out under the “Urgent 90 Days” project, it was instructed to cover them extensively in the mass media.
Additionally, reports from participants on their activities within the framework of the project were heard.
