Today, as part of preparations for the “Melon Festival,” a commission led by Jumaboy Utamov, appointed by the Khorezm Regional Government, together with the Acting Rector of Urgench State University, S.Khodjaniyozov, and Professor M.Jumaniyozov, visited and reviewed the melon and melon-processed products exhibition organized by the Faculty of Chemical Technologies of the university.
At the exhibition, more than 140 types of melon-processed products developed by the faculty’s researchers in accordance with international standards were presented. It is worth noting that this number is significantly higher than last year, when 93 types of products were showcased.
All the exhibited products attracted attention with their high quality, ecological purity, and modern European-style packaging. The commission members highly praised the products and acknowledged them as a shining example of the integration of science and practice.
This initiative will undoubtedly enrich the content of the “Melon Festival” and serve to showcase the agro-innovative potential of our region.
