On September 29, a meeting was held with Sergey Lapin, Professor of Washington State University, USA, with the participation of G.Urazbaev, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation, and Z.Ibragimov, Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation.
The meeting focused on future cooperation with Washington State University, in particular, the organization of summer camps for students, the establishment of Ph.D. programs at Washington State University by the "El-Yurt Umidi" Foundation, Urgench State University's efforts to become one of the Top 1000 universities in the world, internship at the University of Washington and educational programs of the United States.
